Our Story
The story began when our founder, Suresh Kalyanpur had a vision of helping individuals and businesses in India transform themselves into outstanding performers.
Suresh visited the Lothians in Scotland in 1995, with a vision to bring revolutionary HR practices to India. In 1996, he was accredited as the first ever International Distributor to represent Insights Discovery® and has been collaborating with them as a legacy partner for 30 years.
Insights Discovery® was born in Dundee, the Insights Co-Founders, Andi and Andy Lothian, (father and son) have since made their presence felt in 91 countries worldwide. Today, it is a globally recognised and trusted brand in the learning and development circles. The family business is now a flourishing global business and HRC is proud to be a part of it.
Suresh has stepped down and his daughter Ronjana Kalyanpur, has proudly taken over the reins from her father. She is looking forward to doing amazing things in the coming decades. It's been an exciting ride and HRC has made its mark.

Ronjana is an experienced facilitator and certified leadership coach with a strong track record of leading high-impact learning engagements across global, cross-cultural teams. With over 25 years of international experience across PR, advertising, communications, key account relationship management, business development, talent and leadership development, she is a seasoned professional committed to helping individuals and organisations unlock their full potential.
Her career spans the UK, Japan, Dubai, Australia, and India—bringing a truly global lens to her work. She has designed and led impactful leadership programs, coached senior executives, and built scalable management development frameworks for diverse industries worldwide.
