Team Wheel
Once a team completes their Insights Discovery online evaluator, a “Team Wheel” can be created:
To help the team see their collective strengths and possible weaknesses – where are we strong, what are we not doing, what could we be doing better?
To help the team to understand similarities and differences amongst team members; how and where relationship challenges may occur in the team – how to adapt and connect to those ‘not like me’
To enable team members to evaluate how each individual’s individual preferences sit within the team as a whole
To bring to the surface, hidden assumptions that limit organisational velocity
Culture – how are our behaviours representing the team culture? How might we impact on others as individuals and as a team?
