Discovering Leadership Effectiveness delves into different leadership styles and how a leader’s behavioural preferences manifest in their styles. 

With this workshop, leaders gain a deep understanding of their leadership style, how it is perceived by the people they lead and how it impacts the team. Armed with this awareness, leaders get to discover what is driving them towards their goals, and what is holding them back.
