In this module, participants get to view their colour energy preferences through the lens of change and gain insights into how they react to change, what aspects of change stresses them, what might motivate them to act etc.
In a team environment, learners get to understand how their teammates process change and what strengths each of them brings in the face of change, helping create a cohesive and resilient team.
Change may feel difficult, but when managed right it is the best catalyst for continuous development
