What is it?

Everybody processes change differently.

In this module, participants get to view their colour energy preferences through the lens of change and gain insights into how they react to change, what aspects of change stresses them, what might motivate them to act etc.

In a team environment, learners get to understand how their teammates process change and what strengths each of them brings in the face of change, helping create a cohesive and resilient team.

Change may feel difficult, but when managed right it is the best catalyst for continuous development

Who is it for?

  • Individuals stepping into new roles/take on new responsibilities within the current role

  • Individuals that move to a client-facing role for the first time

  • Newly formed teams or teams going through a transition in leadership, strategy or direction

  • During internal changes like re-organisation, new business segments, or new tech adoption.

  • When industry goes through a transition (new competitors, government regulations etc.)

  • In times of major policy shifts impacting day-to-day work of employees (like remote/onsite work, change in compensation rules/incentive structure etc.)
